Terms of use for the CURRENTA Group service portal

The “CURRENTA Group Service Portal” (hereinafter “Service Portal”) is made available to you by CURRENTA GmbH & Co. OHG, Kaiser-Wilhelm-Allee 80, 51373 Leverkusen (hereinafter “CUR”).

In order to use the service portal, you must register personally and set a password. You are obliged to choose a secure password and to protect it against misuse. If your password becomes known or can become known to unauthorized third parties, you must inform us immediately . Forwarding the personal registration link provided by CUR is prohibited.

If you have been designated by CUR as a so-called master user, you are entitled to invite other users of the service portal to use the service portal by sending them a registration link. In this case, you are responsible at for only inviting users who are to have access to the information and functions provided on the service portal. The use of the service portal by other users is in turn only possible after registration (see above).

There is no entitlement to registration. CUR may block your access at any time without giving reasons or restrict to certain parts of the service portal.

You must log out of the service portal after each use.

If a user leaves the customer's company or the access authorization is to end for any other reason , CUR must be informed immediately. CUR reserves the right to delete access data with which has not been used to log in to the service portal for a period of more than six (6) months for security reasons . In this case, reactivation is possible at any time

The service portal is made available via a website on the Internet. You are responsible for the suitability of the end device you use (e.g. laptop/PC, smartphone, tablet) for using the service portal. You are also responsible for taking the usual security measures to protect the end device you are using and the data and files contained on it from damage or misuse by third parties or access by third parties (e.g. firewall, virus scanner, VPN software). CUR accepts no liability in this respect.

The content made available via the service portal is intended solely for you. The forwarding of content to third parties is subject to the conditions of the respective order. - CUR does not guarantee the availability of the service portal. Internet offers may be subject to disruptions over which CUR has no influence. The service portal is provided as best as possible (“best effort”) within these technical limits.

The service portal is subject to constant further development. CUR is entitled to change or terminate individual or several functionalities or services of the service portal at any time. In addition, CUR is also entitled to terminate the service portal subject to a reasonable notice period.

Orders or requests are subject to the provisions of the framework agreements on services concluded between you and the companies of the Currenta Group and the applicable and current individual agreement and the prices agreed therein.

If no framework agreement or applicable individual agreement exists, orders or requests are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the respective individual companies of the Currenta Group

Violations of these Terms of Use will result in exclusion from use of the service portal.

Applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne
